    yes i realize what it means thanks.it was a simple misspelled word. know the difference.but thanks for the unnecessary lesson there.I guess it depends on what you think are feminine curves because i didn’t mean a girl who is bursting out of her dress.maybe in today’s society that’s what most people view as curvy now.it’s sad really.i meant a nice healthy girl who is still fit but still has the body of a woman.including hips,boobs,butt.not like this girl.

    @changel72 make sure you keep your back flat and straight. Doing the exercises on a mat may also help that problem
