    Is there any religious, philisophical, medical or the kind reason for
    anyone who practises any kind of workout and gets a shaped body TO SHAVE it
    thoroughly? I mean, it looks great, but it seems to be a constant in all
    cultures and thechniques. I wonder why should it be done, seriously.

    Asif Siddique i know its been 5 months but i believe you should inhale on
    the first movement only stopping when you have completed it then exhale on
    the 2nd until you have finished the movement i do the same thing when i’m
    doing any kind of training be internal or external if you listen to Wong’s
    breathing i think this is what he is doing but if in the 5 month period
    you’ve worked out you’re own thing well then keep on rockin’ sir or madam

    explore your body and how it works you start figuring things out. You have
    to really engage your strength and really push and pull while creating
    torque all over your body. Screw your feet into the ground and twist your
    arms as far around each way as you can.
