    Be careful with crunches, especially this CAR crunches I would not
    recommend, it is very dangerous for lower back!

    I appreciate you showing the moves at different angles so a person can see
    hand or body placement. I agree you may want to say or add text about how
    to hold abs etc so you won’t have someone share negative feedback.

    Sorry you have great skills and its awesome you want to share but I think
    for beginners you need alot more tips and techniques, anybody could watch
    these and try thinking its easier than what it is and get really hurt. ´╗┐

    Great tutorial! ­čÖé Just a tip for beginners – from personal experience,
    really make sure you engage your abs (imagine sucking your belly button
    into your spine) when doing the superman press-ups, or you may end up with
    lower back pain!´╗┐
